Three steps. No surprises. You own everything.

You have probably worked with a consultant who left a 40-page report and a bill. Or a developer who handed you a system you cannot maintain. We work differently. Find the leaks. Fix what matters most. Keep it running. That's the whole plan.

01

Find the leaks

Two weeks. $750. We map your current workflow end to end — the calls, the quotes, the handoffs, the work that depends on someone remembering. By the end you'll know which 2–3 places are quietly losing you the most time and money, what each one costs, and whether building a fix is even worth it. We'll tell you 'don't bother' if the math doesn't work. What you bring: an hour of your time for the kickoff call, access to the tools we're mapping, and honest answers about how the work actually happens.

02

Fix what matters most

Two to three weeks. $2,500–$5,000. We pick the highest-payback fix from the audit and build it. Fixed scope. Fixed price. We test it against real edge cases — not just the happy path — and walk your team through how it works before it goes live. What you bring: a few short check-ins during the build and one person on your team who can answer questions about how the work happens today.

03

Keep it running

$1,000–$2,500/mo. Optional. Cancel anytime. APIs change. Your process evolves. Things drift. We watch the system, fix the brittle spots, measure what it's actually saving you, and build the next workflow when the next leak is worth fixing. If a one-time build is all you need, we'll say so.

What you can expect from us

  • We will not sell you something you don't need. If the audit says don't build it, we'll say so.
  • We'll tell you when DIY is the right answer. Sometimes the right fix is a $40 tool and an hour of your time.
  • You own everything we build. Always. No platform lock-in. No hostage retainer.
  • Pricing is published. No "let's hop on a call to discuss."
  • We focus on outcomes, not hours. Recovered jobs and reclaimed evenings. Not invoice line items.

What this looks like for a home services company

Most of the plumbing, HVAC, and roofing owners we work with do not need a giant software rollout. They need a faster path from call to booked appointment. They need quotes that go out the same hour they're written. They need follow-up that runs on its own — not when someone happens to remember.

At Step 1, most owners realize the leak is one or two specific places — not "everything." That's the point of the audit. Fix the place that's bleeding the most. Decide later whether you need anything else.
